SurgeRate

Project: A corporation with the Small Animal Clinic, School of Veterinary Medicine at the Freie Universität Berlin. We develop a quality management application for veterinary surgeons. Surgeons evaluate their own and other surgeons performance with the help of standardized evaluation forms and compare their own score against an average score in their area.

Duration: Started April 2023, still ongoing

Cooperation: 1 Scrum team with the lead developer in Switzerland and Product Owner in Vietnam, 2 senior developers, one junior developer and one working student engaged in weekly sprints. Stakeholders in Berlin involved as test users and provide concepts and detailed use cases.

Technologies: Using Angular for frontend, Java Spring for the backend with Keycloak for authentication and authorization. Deployment to production with Docker and Github Actions.
