Work with development teams

The only constant is change. In the course of time I worked with developers in Germany, Switzerland and Vietnam. What I noticed as being part of highly effective teams:

• As Developers, we work in a well-coordinated team faster:
  • I worked with Swiss and Vietnamese developers in Scrum teams for 2.5 years on a Swiss fintech project.
  • I provided developers for a multi national team for 1 year on an edutech project.
  • I funded a Vietnamese development team for 6 months on a Vet-tech project.
• Over the last 5 years, I have continuously improved in various Scrum projects to deliver highest value.
• As an owner of offshore software development company I have the necessary knowledge to setup teams with experienced and affordable developers with high communication skills quickly.

Currently offshore projects are in preparation, so I reduced the team at the moment.
